Buy Direct
We ask you to buy direct whenever possible. Because third-party merchants such as Amazon, Barnes and Nobles, and retail chains take about a 40% discount for acquiring their merchandise and then can decide how much they will charge their customers, small business have to raise the prices of merchandise to compensate. Currently we are not offering our products through these merchants so that we don’t have to inflate prices to cover these discounts.

Our products are designed to be affordable yet need to take into account the many costs involved in creating and distributing new materials and services. Our products directly benefit many vulnerable members of our society.
Billing Information
We require billing information in order to process the transaction and to collect the fees involved. When you place an order by phone or in person, your information will be taken, used securely to collect associated fees, and sensitive information will be discarded after your transaction has been processed.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Shipping & Handling
If you cannot receive your product through one of our representatives, we will need to use a carrier. If so, shipping and handling fees will apply. Our distributor uses FedEx as our carrier.
Distribution
Currently, we distribute through The Empowerment Center and MovementToChange utilizing their websites, contact information, and sales representatives.
Receiving Your Merchandise
Our goal is to get to you your product as soon as possible. Your order is initiated through payment. A representative will fill the order and connect with the carrier as applicable. We only provide personal or standard delivery. Please allow a several weeks for your order to be filled delivered or check our updated delivery services and policy. If your order seems delayed or has not been received, please do not hesitate to email or call the representative. All shipments are checked for accuracy before leaving our facilities. If you feel there was an error or damage in shipment please contact us within 5 business days.
